Our Season Objectives
Sr. Tee-Ball is the progressive development of the skills to the game, the introduction of competition, playing meaningful games and continuing the joy of baseball. Grand River Little League focuses on the following three objectives for the Sr. Tee-Ball season:
- Development. Sr. Tee-Ball we have a more structured format for developing the fundamentals for playing the game. Progressive development of the skills and drills are embedded into each practice. By the end of the season we are playing competitive games.
- Fun. Making sure the kids enjoy their experience each visit with fun drills & skills, activities and an upbeat energy from pour volunteers. Stressing the enjoyment of the procoss not the score is the focus.
- Team. To have the players experience the joy of being something bigger than themselves and socialize with new friends and understand what being on a team means. Playing in the Sr. Tee-Ball World Series tournament in High Park, Toronto is the highlight of the season
